The classical string quartet consists of a violin, a slightly larger and lower sounding viola, a cello and a bass.
With this quartet I would like to tip my hat to the musicians who practice their skill and harmony so much to themselves pay tribute to the great composers that wrote their music.

 

I chose to paint an acrylic underpainting and let it dry to have a foundation for the next step: painting the energetic black lines with a dark ink brush. I hope to capture with it the dynamic and spirit of the musicians.
